It works while you get on with your day

Magnetic therapy. Four 1200-gauss magnets sit flush on the inside of the band, against your skin, day and night. They support the body's natural balance around the clock, so the afternoon cravings and the evening snacking ease off on their own.

Do I really not have to do anything?
