One size that shapes itself to you. Ease the cuff on over the narrow side of your wrist, then squeeze the two sides together a little at a time until it feels secure but never tight. You can re-shape it whenever you like.

Surgical-grade stainless steel with a mirror polish, hypoallergenic and gentle on sensitive skin. Six small magnets are set level with the inner surface, three near each tip, so they touch your skin rather than your sleeve. Weight 10.5 g, band thickness 1.2 mm. Fine to wear in the shower.

To keep the shine, give it a wipe with a soft dry cloth now and then and keep perfume and cleaning sprays away from it.

How does it work?

Magneva™ Cuff works on two old ideas at once — magnet therapy and acupressure.

The six magnets sit against the inside of your wrist, over the point traditional practice has pressed for balance and calm for centuries. The band holds a light, constant pressure on that point, where the blood runs closest to the skin, for as long as you wear it.

To use it: slide it on, press the sides until it is snug, and turn it so the magnets are against bare skin. Then leave it there — not as a 30-day sprint you have to survive, but as the small thing you keep doing through these years.
